All claim forms received by 16th January 2008 will automatically be entered into the Tony Tobin prize draw where
five winners receive a voucher worth £120 for a dinner for 2 people at Tony’s restaurant in Reigate called The Dining Room. Plus claim forms for purchases of selected range cookers also get a further chance to win one dining experience where Tony Tobin will cook dinner for 4 people in the winners home. The prize draw will take place on 19th January 2009 and winners will be notified by post no later than 28 days after the draw date.
How to claim:
After your purchase, fill in a claim form available from your retailers or from this website (Cannon Claim Form - pdf 1.5Mb), attach a copy of the purchase receipt or credit agreement and send it to: Cannon /Le Creuset offer, Cannon Marketing Team, Morley Way, Peterborough PE2 9JB.

Your purchase receipt/credit agreement must clearly show the retailer names, the date of purchase and the model number of your Cannon Cooker. The model number must be one of those specified below in the terms and conditions. Delivery of the cookware set will be within 28 days of receipt of the claim form, subject to availability.

2. Purchase of the selected Cannon Cookers must be made between 3rd November and 7th December 2008.

7. Cannon reserves the right to cancel or extend this promotion or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside our control.
8. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Indesit reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
9. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

11. Le Creuset stoneware sets are subject to availability and are available in different colour options and sizes. Participating retailers offer may vary.
12. There is no cash alternative.
13. If products are discontinued or unavailable Cannon reserves the right to supply alternative goods of the same value.
14. Cannon reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion.
15. Should you send your original receipt or credit agreement it will NOT be returned to you. This will not affect your guarantee.
Prize draw terms and conditions:
Dinner for two at The Dining Room in Reigate
16. Every claim received for the Cannon Le Creuset promotion will go into a free prize draw to win a dinner at Tony Tobin's restaurant called The Dining Room in Reigate.
17. There are five dining experiences to be won and each prize is for two people and has a maximum prize value of £120, which can be offset against the total cost of the food / drink bill.
18. The evening also includes one nights accommodation for two people up to value of £180.
19. There is no cash alternative and prizes must be claimed by 29th May 2009.
20. The prize draw takes place on 19th January 2009 and winners will be notified by post no later than 28 days after the draw date, by post.
